The waiting has finally come to an end! “Your day off“ is the third album release from “Velvet Lounge Project“. “Feel good pop“ best describes the musicstyle of the producer duo Matthias Wehrstedt and Normen Radzio. Sometimes soft and loungy sounds, sometimes a little bit more pop, but alway positive! At least that is how the listeners describe the style of the two guys. Feel-Good Pop, best describes the style of music that the VLP (Velvet Lounge Project) have been successfully making since 2008. Two outstanding albums have emerged from this musical project: -Trip to the beach (#1 der iTunes Electronic Charts, 2008) -The perfect backdrop (#3 der iTunes Electronic Charts, 2012) The credo of the music duo, Matthias Wehrstedt and Normen Radzio, has always been to get international singers from all over the world to work on their project. Lazy Hammock, Marga Sol and Vadim Kapustin (runner-up in “The Voice- Russia” & former "Triangle Sun" frontman) were in the past, vocal enrichments for their songs. For their new song Wayward the two musicians have acquired the talents of Pat Appleton, singer and founding member of the world-famous band DEPHAZZ ("The Mambo Craze" - achieved cult status at the time), and according to 3Sat-TV "one of the greatest and best-known jazz singers in Germany”. Wayward is a song that emerged from last year's situation and describes how you have to take life as it comes, not bury your head in the sand, face situations and look positively to the future.
